School Year Practice Times (September-May)

• Wednesdays 7:00-8:30pm @ Park Hill

• Thursdays 7:00-8:30pm @ Park Hill

• Saturdays @ LSR7 Aquatic Center

  • September-March: 9:30-11:30am​

  • April-May: 10:00-12:00pm

• Sundays 3:00-5:00pm @ Park Hill​
